For Advertisers
Sign in to your L3K dashboard, navigate to Offers > Create New, and fill in your offer details including the offer name, landing page URL, payout amount, allowed traffic sources, GEO targeting, and conversion tracking method (S2S postback or pixel). Submit for review — our compliance team typically approves offers within 2–4 hours during business days. Once approved, your offer goes live to our publisher network.
L3K supports multiple performance-based pricing models: CPA (Cost Per Action) for general conversions, CPL (Cost Per Lead) for lead generation campaigns, CPI (Cost Per Install) for mobile app campaigns, CPS (Cost Per Sale) for eCommerce, and Revenue Share for ongoing commission structures. You can configure the pricing model when creating your offer, and our team can help you choose the best model for your goals.
L3K supports three tracking methods. Server-to-Server (S2S) Postback: The most reliable method — your server fires a postback URL to our server when a conversion occurs. Pixel Tracking: Place our tracking pixel on your conversion/thank-you page for browser-based tracking. API: Use our Conversions API to report conversions programmatically. We recommend S2S postback for maximum accuracy. Your account manager can walk you through the setup for any method.
Contact your dedicated account manager immediately with the details. You can also file a formal dispute through your dashboard under Reports > Disputes within 7 days of the suspicious activity. Our FraudShield™ team will review the flagged conversions, analyze traffic patterns, device fingerprints, and IP data, and provide a resolution within 48 hours. Confirmed fraudulent conversions are reversed and the responsible publisher is penalized or removed from the network.
For Publishers
Fill out our publisher application at the Contact page. Provide details about your traffic sources, monthly volume, verticals of interest, and promotion methods. Our publisher team reviews all applications within 24 hours. Once approved, you’ll receive a welcome email with your dashboard login credentials, access to our full offer catalog, and an introduction to your dedicated account manager.
L3K pays publishers weekly on a Net-7 basis (conversions are locked 7 days after the end of each week for quality review). The minimum payout threshold is $100. We support multiple payment methods: wire transfer, PayPal, Payoneer, and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT). You can configure your preferred payment method in Dashboard > Settings > Payment Info. We pride ourselves on a 98% on-time payment rate.
Approved traffic sources include: search (SEO/SEM), social media (paid and organic), native advertising, compliant email marketing (with opt-in lists only), push notifications, and display/banner advertising. Strictly prohibited: incentivized traffic, bot/automated traffic, adult traffic (unless the offer specifically allows it), cookie stuffing, toolbar traffic, and any form of fraudulent activity. Violating traffic policies results in account suspension.
There are several ways to increase your payouts: increase your volume consistently to demonstrate reliable traffic, improve your conversion quality (low reversal rates and high-value leads), work closely with your account manager to identify optimization opportunities, and request access to exclusive offers reserved for top publishers. Publishers generating $10K+/month in revenue automatically qualify for our Premium Publisher tier with boosted rates across all offers.
Account & Technical
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your registered email address. You’ll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. The reset link expires after 1 hour. If you’re still having trouble, contact our support team at support@l3k.com with your account email and we’ll assist you manually.
In your dashboard, go to Offers and select the offer you want to track. Copy the postback URL template provided. The format is: https://track.l3k.com/postback?click_id={click_id}&payout={payout}&status=approved. Replace {click_id} with the click ID macro from your tracking system. Paste this URL into your server’s conversion handler so it fires when a conversion occurs. Use our postback tester at Dashboard > Tools > Postback Tester to verify everything is working before sending live traffic.
Run through this checklist: (1) Verify your postback URL is correctly formatted with the right click_id parameter. (2) Confirm the offer is still live and active in your dashboard. (3) Check that your landing page doesn’t have adblockers or script blockers interfering with pixel tracking. (4) Test with our postback tester tool to isolate the issue. (5) Check the Conversion Logs in your dashboard for any error codes. If none of these resolve the issue, contact our tech support team with your offer ID and example click IDs for investigation.
